Uno de los principales objetivos de TV-HCJB, era compartir el evangelio con la gente de Quito. Mucho del personal de HCJB, tuvo parte en la producción nocturna en vivo.

Evangelistas como el Hermano Pablo (arriba), Billy Graham (abajo) y Luis Palau aparecieron también en HCJB-TV. Se dio oportunidad a los televidentes para que llamaran por teléfono, durante los programas para preguntar o pedir oración.

Muchos llegaron a conocer al Señor por el ministerio de la TV. Algunos, venían a Ios servicios dominicales vespertinos que se ofrecían en los estudios de TV de HCJB. 

Este grupo de creyentes se convirtió en la iglesia: “Tabernáculo de la Fe”.

One of the primary purposes of HCJB-TV was to share the gospel with people in Quito. Many of HCJB’s staff were involved in making the live evening programs. 

Well-known evangelists like Hermano Pablo (above), Billy Graham (below) and Luis Palau appeared on HCJB-TV. Opportunities were given for viewers to call in by telephone during TV programs to ask questions or request prayer. 

Many people came to know the Lord through the television ministry. Some of those people attended the Sunday afternoon church services held at the HCJB-TV studios. 

This group of believers became the “Tabernacle of Faith” church.
